Using the X10S on Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda, a check of the vehicle can be conducted for software updates. A reflash of the same software version, or an updated version can also be performed. This is particularly useful on VAG if it is suspected that the vehicle has a dubious remap and a confirmation of the current software installed is required.
Coverage includes import and domestic passenger cars, plus heavy duty vehicles.

Then you can create a complete diagnosis report with one click of a button. Wirelessly print your report with ease. Full system diagnosis: You can read every module and parameter extensively. Service functions: This diagnostic tool has 28 service functions for performing service resets, electronically applying the brakes, resetting AdBlue, bleeding coolant, teaching injectors, registering batteries and much more. | Live data: Great visualisation of live data, including numeric, graphical and recording. Special functions: This multi-diagnosis tool has a wide range of special functions, such as DPF regeneration, pilot teach-in after fuel pump replacement and more. Encoding: This device can encode. This makes it possible to not only save and restore encodings, but also retrieve online encodings from the OE database and put them directly into the module. With some brands you can even disable adjustments such as start/stop and perform other personalisation with just a few pushes of a button. FCA secure gateway: With this diagnostic device you can also read vehicles that have a security gateway, such as the Fiat, Chrysler and Alfa Romeo cars. | How does a remote programming service work? Starting a session is very easy. Users simply click on the on-screen remote icon and select their desired Thinkcar Remote technician. Direct messages can be sent to the Thinkcar Remote technician to provide details about the job requirement. A job fee will be arranged, and then work can begin – the Thinkcar Remote Technician will then program or diagnose your vehicle remotely from its various UK-based locations, all whilst the technician gets on with another job. The tool should be hardwired to the internet, and a battery support unit set up whilst the job is underway. The Thinkcar Remote Technician will notify the garage once work is completed, with a repair report. |
